Get together with friends for online fun and discussion!  For kids ages 5-7 that are realtively new to reading. We'll be reading Elephant & Piggie books by Mo Willems. Books can be picked up at the library and are yours to keep after the session is finished. Information on book pickup will be emailed to you. Sessions start July 28 and run for 4 weeks. Community Conversations: Religions of Africa and the Pan African Diaspora – Presented by Dr. Ebenezer Obiri Addo

"Wherever the African is, there is his or her religion also." - John Mbiti Dr. Ebenezer Obiri Addo has taught Pan African Studies at Drew University and Seton Hall University. Originally from Ghana, Addo has served as a Minister at First Presbyterian Church in Irvington. New Jersey and is the author of Kwame Nkrumah: A Case Study of Religion and Politics in Ghana. Dr. Addo is an expert in the field of African Religions and the history of Christianity in the Global South. Dr. Addo will be engaging in a conversation with our patrons about the African religious experience, both in Africa and in the diaspora.
